Nearlyweds Wedding Planning

How It Starts

The first six weeks

Same structure as a wedding day, timed so nothing gets missed at the start either.

Day 1

Inquiry

Tell us your date, venue status, and vision. We reply within one business day.

Week 1

Discovery call

30 minutes to understand your wedding, your worries, and whether we're a fit for each other.

Week 2

Proposal & contract

A scoped proposal matched to your package, budget, and timeline. No surprise line items later.

Week 3 on

Planning begins

Regular check-ins, shared planning docs, and a vendor roster built around your priorities.

Wedding week

Final walkthrough

Site visit, rehearsal run, and a call sheet sent to every vendor and every member of the bridal party.

Wedding day

We run the show

You and your families are guests at your own wedding. We handle everything else.

Vision

This is how we envision your day

Every production is built on its own personal stage. Here are some of our dreamscapes to get you inspired.

Close-up of joined hands wearing an engagement ring
Ceremony arch draped in fabric and flowers
Henna being applied before a wedding
Jasmine garland on a gold stand
Long reception table lined with red flowers and glassware
Couple standing on a checkered floor, bouquet in hand

Tell us about your day

We take on a limited number of weddings each season so every couple gets our full attention. The sooner you reach out, the more time we can dedicate to your needs. A 30-minute call is usually enough for all four of us to know whether this is a fit.
